The media is rife and buzzing with this very news piece since yesterday. The e-alerts setups in all major search engines on this topic have started piling up exponentially blaring this very piece of news (preferably to be called an unconfirmed report of a private media source as of date till the time of writing this post).
And what is this news/ report we are taking about? And why it is attracting so much attention from all walks of life??
Simple... because the person who is in the eye-piece of this yet-to-be confirmed report is none other than ShahRukh Khan- the superstar of Indian Hindi Cinema, commonly termed as 'Bollywood'.
The successful and self-styled 'King' Khan is reported to have forayed into the Realty sector, and take on a new avatar of being a Property Developer reportedly in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to start with. This is perhaps the first time that a film star of this region has forayed into the realty sector and that too taking a deeper plunge pumping in substantial funds and deep interests.
The unconfirmed media rife is supposedly reporting ShahRukh Khan's first venture likely to christened as 'Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard' and comprising of studio apartments, commercial and retail spaces, besides a couple of entertainment cum business niches. The architect reportedly roped in for this high profile venture is the critically acclaimed and Los Angeles based world famous architect, Toni Ashai, who has also designed for Tiger Wood's designed first golf course and properties in UAE itself, besides the Dubai Lifestyle City, which in turn is again endorsed by many celebrities of the likes of Tennis star Maria Sharapova and Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan himself.
