At the outset of this new year, we would also like to share the sentiment of many of our readers that the people the world over are sharing with us. As everywhere else round the globe, the realty sector in India is also changing fast lately in the recent global meltdown scenario.  This gloomy situation worldwide has though brought a silver lining of sorts for the middle and lower income group people as the prices that were sky-rocketing have lost their artificial climb.  The property prices that were jacked up 10 to 100 times in past few years than what they actually should have been are falling down significantly (though the cartel of builders and people of vested interests are still trying to withhold on to the higher price regime simply hoping that the downtrend will sooner or later will take a U-turn.  Only if the genuine end users who fall in the middle income section, like you and me, maintain and keep the pressure on the builders forcing them to righteously offer property units at justifiable prices.
